LIMITED WARRANTY FOR LABOR BY FOREIGN ACCENTS

Labor performed by Foreign Accents shall be free of defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days or 1,000 miles of vehicle operation, whichever occurs first.

This limited warranty is conditional upon operation of the vehicle under normal operating conditions, proper lubrication and maintenance, normal engine temperature and upon the customer following Foreign Accents' maintenance instructions.

This limited warranty is made only to the customer and is nontransferable.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage directly or indirectly caused by any accident, misuse, abuse or neglect of the vehicle, any defects in or failures of any system or components of the vehicle not serviced or repaired by Foreign Accents, or the failure of the customer to maintain the proper fluid levels of the engine, systems, or components.

In the event of any defective workmanship covered by this limited warranty, it is the responsibility of the customer to promptly notify Foreign Accents and to deliver the vehicle at the customer's expense within the limited warranty period to Foreign Accents.

A copy of the original repair order must be presented to begin the warranty process.
The sole obligation of Foreign Accents under this limited warranty shall be to correct any defect in workmanship in the event that the Foreign Accents mechanic's inspection discloses a defect in workmanship covered by this limited warranty.

NO WARRANTIES FROM FOREIGN ACCENTS WITH RESPECT TO PARTS
Foreign Accents makes no warranties, either express or implied, with regard to any parts installed or sold in connection with service of the customer's vehicle. Such parts are provided AS IS.

FOREIGN ACCENTS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

In the event of any defect in parts supplied, the customer's sole remedy is through any warranties given by the manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer directly regarding such a warranty for parts.

In no event shall Foreign Accents have any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, physical damages or bodily injuries, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of earnings or towing charges. This limited warranty does not cover any expenses incurred by the customer for inspection, repairs, or any other purpose at any location other than the Foreign Accents center at which the labor was performed.

The customer's repair order, all work done thereunder, and the parties respective rights, obligations and remedies, shall be governed by North Carolina law.

The customer's repair order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be supplemented or altered except by a writing signed by both parties.
This warranty is the sole warranty given by Foreign Accents. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description herein.

FOREIGN ACCENTS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF WORKMANLIKE QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The customer's sole remedy against Foreign Accents will be to have them repair any defects due to workmanship as set forth in the warranty. The customer specifically waives the right to bring legal action (including, without limitation, a suit in negligence) seeking any monetary damages or any other form of incidental or consequential damages from Foreign Accents or any of its employees or other agents.
