Foreign Accents Recognized for Excellence by Bosch Corporation
Greensboro's Foreign Accents automotive service center received
top honors in the most recent Bosch Q-Cup competition. Foreign
Accents ranked first nationally in the continuous quality
improvements category. The Bosch Q-Cup competition is an annual,
international event. The focus is commitment to continuous
quality improvement. Criteria include areas such as equipment,
training, business operation, service offerings, and shop
appearance.
Bosch Corporation is a one-hundred-year-old, international
company. It is known worldwide for developing and manufacturing
aftermarket auto parts and automotive original equipment systems
and components. Foreign Accents is fully certified to perform
warranty work related to all Bosch automotive products. There
are more than 450 authorized Bosch service centers in the
U.S. alone.
This is not the first time Foreign Accents has been recognized
for excellence, according to Randy Beeninga, who shares ownership
of Foreign Accents with his brother Scott Beeninga. "Last
year, we were the top rated Bosch repair shop in North Carolina
and one of the top 10 in the country."
In 2000, it was selected by AARS as the top rated repair
shop for Toyota, Subaru, Mazda and Nissan in Greensboro, NC
based on performance, customer satisfaction, and reputation
in the community.
